    Natalie is AMAZING. She always greets everyone and seems to have a lot of regulars. She makes every customer feel like they matter!! However, when she isn't there no one else seems to greet people as she does! They have a line out the door one person running drive thru one person helping the line and the other sitting at the front desk being a "greeter" come on now I much rather have the "greeter" helping the line instead of sitting there looking around and us waiting 20 mins in line (not that it happen today) but it happens too often!!

    The only reason why I ever went here was because Miss Amy was amazing and it's super clean. The owner however is absolutely TERRIBLE!!! After calling my husband and I out of work because our child was sick she told us that she refused to give her her medication. Before we even got there she told us to come back later because our daughter was alseep. We paid in advance and she is refusing to give our money back and after a week decided to only try to give us half back. They are also underataffed, one caregiver for over 5 children and the owner has also refused to give my child her bottle. When I tried to work everything out with the owner she hung up on me. (I would like to say that I am pretty reasonable) DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE!!!

    Our little one went here from when he was an infant until he was ready for Kindergarten... and then went back for summers. Professionally run, decently priced - it's good to have a place where you are comfortable leaving your child! I know it says "Child Care" in the name, but you might as well read "pre-school". I don't expect my child to be an over-achiever, but having already learned the basics gave him a bit of a head start and made the transition to Kindergarten practically seamless. Perhaps most important of all - he always had fun here!

  • Review of "Belleville Manor" at Belleville

    As one of the oldest residents of this mobile home community, I have seen lots of changes over my 30+ years here. As in any multi-family park there will always be good and bad times. The management team does their utmost to make it a great place to live and keeps on improving our environment and social activities. I do wish that we had more amenities like a pool or maybe a larger clubhouse with a pool table or game area for the youth to go.
