  Natalie is AMAZING. She always greets everyone and seems to have a lot of regulars. She makes every customer feel like they matter!! However, when she isn't there no one else seems to greet people as she does! They have a line out the door one person running drive thru one person helping the line and the other sitting at the front desk being a "greeter" come on now I much rather have the "greeter" helping the line instead of sitting there looking around and us waiting 20 mins in line (not that it happen today) but it happens too often!!

  This bank is not a good bank at all. There are not enough workers there so when you show up you're always waiting for at least 10-15 minutes. Then today I go there and only the drive-through is open on a Saturday. Everybody is here trying to get their money out for the weekend and there is at least 15 cars and line waiting. I've been here for 20 minutes just to deposit my check. Next week my fiance and I will be out looking for a new bank.
